All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

 

3. Quotes and Payments

 

All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

A deposit (typically 20%-50%) is required before work begins, unless otherwise stated.

Final payment is due upon completion of the project, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Late payments may incur additional fees.

 

4. Cancellation Policy

 

Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled start date will receive a full refund of the deposit.

Cancellations made within 7 days may incur a cancellation fee to cover administrative and preparation costs.

Custom-ordered equipment or materials are non-refundable once procurement has started.

 

5. Warranty and Liability

 

Products supplied by F A Solar Experts are covered by manufacturer warranties.

Installation workmanship is guaranteed for [insert period, e.g., 5 years].

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our systems or services.

Customers are responsible for maintaining their solar systems according to the manufacturer's recommendations.

 

6. Site Access and Safety

 

The customer must ensure that we have clear, safe, and reasonable access to the site for installations and inspections.

Any hazards or issues that could impact safety or progress must be disclosed prior to installation.

 

7. Intellectual Property

 

All content on our website and promotional materials—including logos, designs, images, and text—is the intellectual property of F A Solar Experts and may not be used or reproduced without written permission
